Q: Is there a grace period for arrival?
A: Yes. You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled booking for setup at no extra charge.
Note: There is no grace period after your booking ends, as other clients may need immediate access.

Q: Can I smoke inside the studio?
A: No smoking is allowed unless approved in writing before your booking. If smoke is needed for production, please contact us beforehand.

Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes, free parking is available for all guests and production crew.

​

Q: Are real guns allowed on set?
A: No real firearms are permitted under any circumstances. Only prop guns are allowed and must be cleared in advance with our team.

Q: Are there spaces for makeup, wardrobe, and talent prep?
A: Yes.
We offer:

  • One Green Room for makeup, wardrobe, and talent preparation.

  • One additional Private Changing Room for flexibility during your session.

Q: Is the facility open 24/7?
A: Yes. Real Big Vision Studios is available for bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by appointment.

​

Q: What happens if we go over our booking time?
A: Overtime is billed at an hourly rate, rounded up to the nearest hour.


We recommend planning your setup and breakdown within your scheduled time.

Q: Can I extend my booking during the shoot?
A: Yes, if available.
Extensions must be requested at least 30 minutes before your booking end time. Additional charges will apply.

Q: Is outside food or catering allowed?
A: Yes. You may bring outside food, drinks, or catering.

Please ensure that all trash is cleaned up after your session to avoid cleaning fees.

Q: Do you provide lighting, equipment, or set design?
A: Yes.
Basic lighting and gear rentals are available.
Additional services like creative direction, cinematography, and set design can be provided through Real Big Vision’s in-house team (fees apply).

Q: Is the studio soundproof?
A: No, the studio is not fully soundproof.

For high-sensitivity audio, we recommend booking during quieter hours or consulting us first.

Q: What are your cleaning policies?
A: Clients must leave the studio as they found it.
Heavy cleaning, trash left behind, or damages may result in additional fees.

​

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Pets are allowed only with prior approval and must be supervised at all times.

​

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A:

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking
