Booking Policy Details

1. Grace Period for Arrival

   • You may arrive up to 30 minutes before your scheduled booking for setup at no extra charge.

   • Note: There is no grace period after your booking ends, as other clients may need immediate access.

2. Smoking Policy

   • No smoking is allowed unless approved in writing before your booking. If smoke is needed for production, please contact us beforehand.

3. Parking

   • Free parking is available for all guests and production crew.

4. Firearms

   • No real firearms are permitted under any circumstances. Only prop guns are allowed and must be cleared in advance with our team.

5. Makeup, Wardrobe, and Talent Prep

   • One Green Room is available for makeup, wardrobe, and talent preparation.

   • One additional Private Changing Room is also provided for flexibility during your session.

6. 24/7 Access

   • Real Big Vision Studios is available for bookings 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by appointment.

7. Overtime

   • Overtime is billed at an hourly rate, rounded up to the nearest hour.

   • We recommend planning your setup and breakdown within your scheduled time.

8. Extending Bookings

   • Extensions must be requested at least 30 minutes before your booking end time.

   • Extensions are subject to availability, and additional charges will apply.

9. Outside Food and Catering

   • Outside food, drinks, and catering are allowed.

   • Please ensure that all trash is cleaned up after your session to avoid cleaning fees.

10. Lighting, Equipment, and Set Design

    • Basic lighting and gear rentals are available.

    • Additional services like creative direction, cinematography, and set design can be provided through Real Big Vision’s in-house team (fees apply).

11. Soundproofing

    • The studio is not fully soundproof. For high-sensitivity audio, we recommend booking during quieter hours or consulting us first.

12. Cleaning Policies

    • Clients must leave the studio as they found it.

    • Heavy cleaning, trash left behind, or damages may result in additional fees.

13. Pets

    • Pets are allowed only with prior approval and must be supervised at all times.

14. Cancellation Policy

    • Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

    • 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking.

15. Refunds

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the booking are eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made within 30 days of the booking are non-refundable.

    • Date changes can be made at no penalty if requested at least 14 days before the booking starts.

    • Any reschedule requests made within 14 days are subject to availability and additional fees may apply.
